The He Shuo Library Old Site is located in Weihe Park, Weibi District, Xinxiang City, Henan Province. It is an important modern cultural relic building. The existing main building is a three-story palace-style structure, featuring traditional Chinese architectural characteristics such as flying eaves and decorative beams, and has been designated as a national key cultural relic protection unit.
