Located in Jinning Township, Cihu was created in 1969 for strategic reasons, with the sea outside the embankment and the lake inside the embankment. Later, a viewing platform was added to make the beautiful scenery of Cihu more accessible to visitors.

Yang Hua was a distinguished military officer of the Qianlong and Jiaqing eras, who once took part in the campaign against Lin Shuangwen and in anti-piracy operations. His ancestral residence is a traditional Minnan-style building with a three-section courtyard layout and a left-side protected wing. The main hall is decorated with a Sanchuan ridge, while the front and rear halls feature a continuous swallow-tail ridge. The detailed ornamentation is especially refined, with notable wood carvings and brick carvings on the door panels. Although the painted colors on the beams, columns, and bracket sets have faded, the carving remains vigorous and expressive.

Former residence of Li Guangxian, Admiral of the Guangdong Navy in the Qing dynasty, built in the 59th year of Emperor Qianlong’s reign (1794) and now designated as a county-level historic monument. The residence features a three-courtyard layout with an added rear wing similar to a side house, representing an early Qing southern Fujian-style dwelling. Behind the house stands a towering “Taishan Shigandang” protective stone stele, regarded as the finest example of such stones in Kinmen. Inside the residence, more than ten themed exhibition rooms have been set up, including the Water Resources Hall, Local History Hall, Fishing and Oyster Hall, and Admiral Hall, displaying the deeds of Li Guangxian, the reconstruction process of Zhenwei Residence, daily utensils from the Ming and Qing dynasties, and traditional farming, fishing, and animal husbandry tools.

The Guningtou Battle Museum was established in 1984 by the Commander of the Kinmen Defense Command, Song Xinlian, to commemorate the Guningtou Battle, which determined the standoff between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait. After the Kinmen Defense Command transferred management to the Kinmen National Park, it reopened in 2001. The museum primarily features 13 large oil paintings that depict the events of the Guningtou Battle.
